Here is a sampling of the people who create the energy behind our energized packages.

MyFraction Corporate: Negotiates LC agreements, oversees property management/concierge services, audits energized packages, disperses costs and funds based on budgets to property managers and Energized Package vendors.

Property Management: Have direct responsibility for day-to-day management of your Energized Package including cleaning, maintenance and coordination of concierge services.

Real Estate Agent: Help identify other members who share your dream, pre-qualify them, and provide MyFraction with input on the members they have indentified to be part of the Fractional Ownership members.

Investment Representatives: Because of the large dollars necessary to create some of the Energized Packages, investment opportunities abound. This group provides top drawer financial expertise to ensure members get maximum value for their investment.
